NXP全球首创Low IF Tuner,TEF660x系列FM/AM调谐器广泛应用于汽车收音机主机及家用音响等收音装置。TEF660x系列调谐器采用了突破性的整合设计,在单一芯片上整合了全部关键射频元件,并省去了对手动调节的需求。因此,设备制造商可以轻易的将调谐器应用在主机板上,不再需要调谐器模块,从而在主机中节省了很大空间并降低了系统成本。目前已获的日本JVC等一流厂商采用。

TEF6601和TEF6606整合了全部的关键射频元件,包括:压控振荡器,陶瓷滤波器,IF变压线圈,低噪音放大器和自动增益控制,只需要32个低成本的外围元件。此外,通过特殊的大信号处理的功能,这款低IF调谐器支持汽车收音机应用的高性能需求。
